Terms and Conditions

Article 1 Definitions
At Gadget-House.com we love honesty and clarity. You come first. Of course you want to buy your products and know immediately where you stand, in understandable language and without any hassle. We therefore do not use complicated legal language in these general terms and conditions. Nevertheless, we would like to explain a few terms:

  1. Consumer: you are a consumer when you buy and order products from us not from your company, profession or company but from yourself;
  2. Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you may return products that you have bought from us within the cooling-off period;
  3. Reflection period: the reflection period is the period in which you as a consumer can exercise your right to return items purchased from us (right of withdrawal);
  4. Model form: form that you use to tell us which products you want to return within the cooling-off period.

Welcome to Gadget-House.com and it's great that you order in our webshop. We are happy to tell you who we are, where we are located and how you can reach us.

Article 3 Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply between Gadget-House.com and you as a consumer, when you reserve, purchase or have purchased a product from us. Before you do that, we will tell you that we use these terms and conditions and of course we will offer you the opportunity to read these terms and conditions digitally.
  2. We may use additional or specific terms for some products. Of course we also make these available to you. These general terms and conditions then apply in addition to the specific product terms and conditions.
  3. Do these general terms and conditions and the specific product terms and conditions contradict each other? Then we simply choose the conditions that are most favorable to you!

Article 4 The offer

  1. We wrote it in the beginning, we love honesty and clarity. When we make an offer in our webshop that is valid until a certain date, we clearly state that date.
  2. You may also assume that the price stated for a product at the time you buy the product is the price you pay for the product. Unless it is or could be clear that the price is far too low for the product. We then adjust the price to the price of the product you buy.

Example of an iPhone (although we don't sell an iPhone) :
Suppose you see the new iPhone for $ 1 and you buy it. In that case, it could be clear that the price for that new iPhone couldn't be beat. After all, a new iPhone never costs € 1. In that case, we adjust the price to the price that that new iPhone would cost us.

  1. We also do our best to provide information about our products that is as complete as possible. We do this with images, descriptions and specifications, among other things. This information is intended to give you as complete and fair an indication of the product as possible, but it is of course possible that a small detail is different. If you notice this and find this annoying, we will be happy to find a suitable solution with you. A small mistake in the images, descriptions or specifications cannot lead to compensation or to the return of the product after the cooling-off period. We do our best, but cannot guarantee, for example, for images that the colors exactly match the real colors of the product.

Article 5 The agreement

  1. When you order products in our webshop, you will receive an e-mail for confirmation. Because we process your data and data digitally and the security of your data is important, we are constantly working on good technical security.
  2. In the confirmation email you will also receive the invoice with all our details, information about guarantees and service after purchase and information about returning the products.

Article 6 Right of withdrawal & returns

  1. Sometimes you buy a product and you find out that you prefer to return it. You can do this by letting us know within 14 days of the day you received your order from us that you want to return a product and return this product. We appreciate it if you would like to share with us the reason for the return. In this way we can continue to improve our services and meet your wishes.
  2. Use our model form to return. You can find this model form in the order confirmation and at the bottom of these general terms and conditions.
  3. We ask you to handle the product and packaging as neatly as possible during the 14-day reflection period and to use the original packaging when returning. In the event of a damaged product or unnecessarily seriously damaged packaging, you may receive less money back.
  4. Have you received a damaged or broken product and would you like a new one? Let us know immediately so that we can arrange it for you as soon as possible. You can let us know by sending us a photo of the product. As soon as we have seen the photo, we will confirm this and you can return the product free of charge.
  5. We will ship a new product as soon as we have received your returned product. Do you want to speed up this process? Send us a proof of shipment for the returned product. As soon as we have received that proof of shipment, we will ship the new product.

Article 7 The price

  1. We show all our prices including 21% VAT.
  2. Shipping is free for orders over € 50.
  3. Returns within 14 days are free of charge.
  4. For orders under € 50, you pay € in shipping costs.

Article 8 Guarantees

  1. We say what we do and do what we say. You can therefore expect that the products will continue to work properly after the 14-day cooling-off period.
  2. Are you using a product in its original condition and in the way it is intended according to the manufacturer, but defects do occur? We are very disappointed with this. We are happy to solve it for you within the law. Therefore, let us know as soon as possible, but in any case within 2 months after receipt of the product.

Article 9 Delivery

  1. If you order before 4 p.m., you will receive your product the next day. We do our best for that. If it takes a little longer than expected, we will let you know immediately. You then choose whether you wait for the product or cancel your order. If you cancel your order, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
  2. We take great care in packaging and protecting our products for shipment. If your product is damaged before delivery or goes missing, we are responsible for this.
  3. You will receive a new product or your money back as soon as possible, but in any case, within 14 days.

Article 10 Payment

  1. We offer the following payment options: iDEAL PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit card.
  2. As soon as your payment has been made, we will get started with your order!  

Article 11 Complaints

  1. We do everything we can to prevent complaints. If you do have a complaint, we will take it very seriously. Therefore, let us know as fully as possible what your complaint is, how it arose and what solution you have in mind.
  2. In order to carefully and thoroughly review your complaint and come up with a suitable solution, your complaint will be answered within 3 days.

Article 12 Disputes

  1. Only Dutch law applies to all orders and purchases between Gadget-House and you as a consumer. Even if you live abroad.
  2. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
